You might think that the coastal pictures would be my favorite. But, not so, here is "Volcan Arenal" from the town of La Fortuna, active volcano since 1968
"Volcan Arenal" on the opposite side from my room atArenal Lodge. Took 3 days before I could get a picture this clear.
The night before we left, had opportunity to see a midnight eruption. This though is a borrowed picture of a previous eruption.
Went fishing at Arenal Lake. How do you like the weather? Could not pick the fish up by their lip, more teeth then I wanted to mess with.
All this is about 100 miles coast to coast. Mountains come up and down really fast. Slow driving
Down at the coast, these White Faced monkeys, hung around the resort and restaurant.

Puerto Vargas, this is truely a paradise location
On the coast of Quepos one evening, we had dinner among the palm trees Surprisinly, there were very little "bugs"
On the way from Quepos to Arenal, we stopped at Jaco for lunch (great seafood).  Cloudy weather kept hitting us at this time of year	What I thought to be a simple walk in the Rain Forest (inland from Quepos) turned out to become a "primate" swinging from the trees during a constant rain shower.
